The purpose of the National Hunting and Shooting Sports Action Plan (Plan) is to identify, coordinate, and align resources available for R3 at local and national levels. Implementing the Plan’s recommendations will help ensure that the hunting and shooting sports heritage of the United States will persist into the future.
